The Product Distribution feature is the mirror of the Product/Material Supply feature – while supply focuses on the products and materials you source, distribution captures the sales side of your operations.

With this feature, you can create structured lists of:

  • Which customers buy which products.
  • Where those customers are located.
  • Their status (e.g., under contract, project-only, official distributor, prospect).

This information is organized in a folder-like system, making it easy to share internally and manage distribution relationships. Coming soon: connect these lists to the Network Analysis tool to see key distributors, geographic coverage, concentration risks, and other sales-side insights.

Together, these lists give you a clear, centralized view of your distribution channels, enabling better planning, collaboration, and decision-making.

Distribution lists use the products in your Product Catalog. Use Link from catalog to add them to a list; new products you add in a distribution list appear in your catalog automatically. To take a product off one list, use Unassign from list; Delete removes it everywhere. See How Products Work.
