FAQs
How does ScopeMatch help keep operations running?
It shows which equipment, parts and services depend on one supplier or one country, so you can qualify alternatives before a disruption. Supply Lists, Network Analysis and Disruption Simulation work together for this.
What tools identify supply chain risks?
Network Analysis shows single-sourced products, bottleneck vendors and country dependencies, and Network Atlas adds a risk level for every vendor and product (Pro and Premium). Disruption Simulation tests the loss of a supplier or a country (Premium).
Is vendor information validated?
Yes. Vendors in your Supply Lists are cross-checked against each supplier’s ScopeMatch profile, so changes to their catalog, locations or company details show up in your lists.
Can I review supplier performance over time?
Not yet. You can log incidents such as late deliveries or quality problems in Vendor Management; supplier performance history is planned.
