Overview #
The 7-day demo workspace lets you try the paid features with sample data before you decide. This guide helps you get the most out of the 7 days and pick the right plan at the end.
Before You Start #
- A ScopeMatch account and a company. See Set Up Your Company.
- Admin rights in your organization; only an admin can start the demo.
- The questions you want ScopeMatch to answer, such as “Where are we single-sourced?”
Steps #
Step 1: Start the demo #
After onboarding, select Start 7-day demo on the plan screen. The sample data is kept separate from your company data.

Step 5: Invite your colleagues #
Ask the people who would use ScopeMatch day to day to try it too.
Step 6: Choose your plan #
Compare what you used with Tiers and Features. Basic organizes your catalog and suppliers; Pro adds full analysis, Atlas and AI document tools; Premium adds Insights, Disruption Simulation and a dedicated manager. Select the upgrade button at any time during the demo.
Step 7: Know what happens at the end #
On day 7 without a paid plan, your organization continues on Free with its own data. The sample data is removed, and you get a notification summarizing what you used and which plan includes it.
Tips #
- Plan your 7 days: one feature area per day works well.
- Don’t enter real supplier data in the demo; it is removed at the end.
- Write down which features you used most; that is your plan.
