FAQs
What is the data validation process?
When you list a supplier and a product, ScopeMatch checks it against that supplier’s profile and flags mismatches. For example, if you list Vendor A for stainless steel tubes but its catalog doesn’t include them, your list shows it.
If my vendors aren’t on ScopeMatch, can I invite them?
Yes. You can invite vendors to create their profile. The help docs walk you through it.
What information is shared?
Your company profile and catalog are visible to other users. Your supply and distribution lists stay private to your company unless you choose to share them.
Does ScopeMatch manage compliance?
Vendor Management keeps vendors’ certificates, audits and insurance reviewed and current, with upcoming expiries on the dashboard. It’s a paid add-on for Basic, Pro and Premium.
