Upcoming: The MCP Connector is not available yet. This page describes what is planned, and we will update it when it launches.
Overview #
The MCP Connector will let you connect ScopeMatch to the AI assistant you already use, such as Microsoft Copilot, Grok, Claude or ChatGPT, through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You will be able to ask about your suppliers, products, lists and digital warehouses in plain language, and add or update data in ScopeMatch straight from your assistant.
Your assistant will sign in as you, so it can only see and change what you are allowed to in the app.
Plans #
Planned for Pro and Premium, with higher limits on Premium. See Tiers and Features.
When to Use It #
The MCP Connector is designed for when:
- You want quick answers about your vendors, products or lists without opening reports.
- You want to enter data, such as a new vendor or product, from a conversation with your assistant.
- You want to combine ScopeMatch data with your other work in your AI assistant.
Step-by-Step Guide #
- Add ScopeMatch to your assistant as a connector, once it is available.
- Sign in with your ScopeMatch account.
- Ask or update. For example: “Which products in my supply lists have only one vendor?” or “Add Acme Steel as a vendor for carbon steel pipe in my Piping list.”
Best Practices & Tips #
Do: #
- Start preparing the questions and updates your team handles most often.
Don’t: #
