The Product Distribution feature is the mirror of the Product/Material Supply feature – while supply focuses on the products and materials you source, distribution captures the sales side of your operations.
With this feature, you can create structured lists of:
- Which customers buy which products.
- Where those customers are located.
- Their status (e.g., under contract, project-only, official distributor, prospect).
This information is organized in a folder-like system, making it easy to share internally and keep track of distribution relationships. Later, you can connect these lists to the Network Analysis tool to identify key distributors, geographic coverage, concentration risks, and other sales-side insights.
To keep data current and avoid duplicate entry, Product Distribution can be integrated with your CRM or ERP systems, automatically aggregating customer and sales data. The result is a clear, centralized view of your distribution channels, enabling better planning, collaboration, and decision-making.
