Home Dashboard

Overview #

The Dashboard is your central starting point in ScopeMatch. It gives you a snapshot of your account activity, profile health, and key supply chain insights. From here, you can quickly track supply lists, monitor single-sourced products, and review your network connections, all in one place. The Dashboard brings together insights from your Company Profile, Product Supply, and Network Analysis to give you a complete picture of your supply chain in one place.

When to Use It #

Use the Dashboard whenever you need an at-a-glance overview of your current status:

  1. Checking the number of active supply lists and products.
  2. Tracking profile completion to improve visibility.
  3. Identifying single-sourced products that may pose risks.
  4. Monitoring pending notifications and new updates.
  5. Viewing your overall connection count across the platform.

Step-by-Step Guide #

  1. Users Tile – Shows how many active users are in your organization.
  2. Supply Lists Tile – Displays the number of product supply lists you’ve created.
  3. Single-Sourced Products Tile – Alerts you to products currently sourced from only one vendor or country.
  4. Connections Count Tile – Total number of active vendor or partner connections linked to your profile.
  5. Profile Strength – Progress bar that indicates how complete your profile is. Completing fields like industries, certifications, values, and product catalog will increase this score.
  6. Pending Notifications – Shows new alerts or actions requiring attention.
  7. Map View – Displays a geographic overview of your connections and sourcing activity.

Best Practices & Tips #

Do: #

  1. Regularly check your Profile Strength – a complete profile increases exposure in vendor searches.
  2. Use the Single-Sourced Products tile as an early warning system for supply risk.
  3. Keep your Connections updated to maintain accurate mapping on the dashboard.

Don’t: #

  • Ignore Pending Notifications – these may include important updates like vendor confirmations, new connection requests, or validation alerts.
  • Overlook profile completion – low profile strength reduces your visibility to potential partners.

FAQs #

  • What does “Single-Sourced Products” mean?
    • These are products only linked to one vendor, making them vulnerable to supply disruption.
  • How can I improve my Profile Strength?
    • Fill in missing fields in your company profile (industries, certifications, locations, product catalog, audits, etc.).
  • How do I activate data on the map?
    • Add vendor connections with confirmed locations in your Product Supply lists. These will automatically display on the map.
  • How does the Dashboard connect with other features?
    • It pulls data from Company Profile, Product Supply, and Network Analysis to give you a real-time overview in one place.

Troubleshooting #

  • If the map doesn’t display data → Check that your connections have validated locations.
  • If Profile Strength doesn’t update → Refresh your browser; if still stuck, re-save your profile details.
  • If Supply Lists count is incorrect → Verify that lists were properly saved in the Product Supply tab.
